Mr Ed Robinson (Co-Vice-Chair of Governors and Co-opted Governor)
I wanted to get involved as a Governor as I understand how important a high-quality school experience is for children, and for the community in general. I think it's vital that a child's time at school equips them to succeed in all aspects of life, no matter their background. I'm originally from Belper and I have a strong connection with the area.
I have a few years' experience of working with children and young adults in a huge variety of settings, and in several countries, which I hope to be able to use to bring a different perspective to the Board. I'm currently a Manager at a charity in Sheffield.
