I chose to become a staff governor because I want to play an active role in shaping the future of our school and the experiences we offer our children. Being part of the governing body allows me to share the insight I gain from working in school every day, helping to ensure that staff voices are heard when important decisions are made. I care deeply about supporting our children’s learning, wellbeing, and opportunities, and I see this role as a meaningful way to contribute to their success while strengthening the partnership between staff and leadership.
